Tamara has been our fiercest advocate in the home buying process. We had a lot of unique needs to find the right property or home and she stuck with us every step of the way and helped us find the right place. She helped us make a competitive bid that won us the home we needed to meet our needs. Since the sale, she has really shone – there have been challenges in getting some of the work that was agreed on in the sale conditions to be done prior to possession completed, and Tamara has leaned in and ensured that things were taken care of the right way, has connected us with the right resources, and has advocated on our behalf with lots of different entities (repair people, other realtors, the city offices, etc.) to ensure that our interests were protected. She took what could have been a hugely stressful experience and made it manageable and saw it to the end. 10/10 would work with her again.

Tamara was awesome. She sold our house and also represented us in the purchase of our new (to us) home. We are picky buyers but she was ever patient and found us the perfect home. She made herself available to us any time of the day including evenings and weekends and was more than willing to work around our schedule. When we had questions she got the answers immediately. Very impressive. Plus she has a number of helpful contacts (great photographer, electrician, etc). We were short on time so she even spent a couple days helping us pack and had our house cleaned and ready for the new buyers! If you are looking for a hard working, experienced real estate agent, you won’t find a better agent out there. She is worth every penny and more!
